The Flamingo, a 22 room boutique hotel introduces a new look to their rooms. All rooms have been remodeled in a fresh colorful style that reflects Caribbean charm while providing more guest comfort. In celebration of these changes, the Flamingo is offering 30 percent off the standard nightly rates for stays for travel now through Dec 17, 2010.
With discounted rates as low as $52.50 per night for Courtyard accommodations, $62.30 per night for Superior accommodations, and $149 per night for the Penthouse Villa it’s a perfect time for travel professionals to plan their vacation getaway!
Located in the cultural center of Cozumel, just steps away from the waterfront and the dining and shopping attractions of the town square. Flamingo Hotel offers opportunities for scuba diving, horseback riding, snorkeling, sailing, parasailing, fishing and tours of Mayan ruins. The hotel’s Aqua Bar is great for meeting and greeting other guests at end of day. Fall Travel Assurance
In response to reports that 2010 may be an active storm system, Flamingo Hotel has instituted the following hurricane protection policy for our guests:
- In the event of an official evacuation order, Flamingo Hotel will issue a voucher valid for a future stay for the total number of nights in your reservation, with a maximum of 7 nights. The voucher will be for the hotel portion of your stay only (excursions and diving not included). Example: If you book a 7 night stay and evacuate on day 4, you will be presented with a voucher for a 7 night future stay, within the same season (to be used within 365 days of departure). If you redeem your voucher during a higher rate season, you will be responsible for the difference in nightly rates.
- In the event of an official hurricane warning issued for the island of Cozumel, Flamingo Hotel will waive the cancellation penalty and change the reservation to a future date, to be taken within one year of the original travel date.

Whether you make your reservation with your travel agent or with our reservations office directly, we strongly suggest you ask them about the purchase of Travel Insurance. Trip cancellation insurance must be purchased before a weather storm is announced in order to be valid, otherwise it will no longer be deemed an unforeseen event.
The Courtyard rooms are spacious with all the necessary conveniences and more…. Location: Courtyard rooms are on the second and third floor and face the garden courtyard area. Size: all Courtyard rooms are 420 square feet (39 square meters) including the bathroom.Facilities: in suite bathrooms with shower, air conditioning, international direct dial telephone, cable television, hair dryer, and ceiling fan. Some rooms have high ceilings, balconies, and sitting areas. Size: 450 square feet (42 square meters) including the bathroom. Facilities: in suite bathrooms with shower, air conditioning, international direct dial telephone, hair dryer, ceiling fan, mini bar, electronic in-room safe, and cable television. Bedding: queen bed fitted with luxury bed sheets and covered with mosquito netting. Maximum occupancy: two adults per room.

Facilities: 2 bedrooms, full gourmet kitchen, large living room with ocean views, one full bathroom with shower, one half bathroom, hair dryer, mini split zone air conditioning, cable TV, high speed internet connection, ceiling fans through out, electronic in-room safe, and huge private deck space with Jacuzzi and grilling station. Bedding: the first bedroom with ocean views has one king bed fitted with luxury bed sheets. The second bedroom has two double beds fitted with luxury bed sheets. The bar area of Aqua Bar & Grill has been remodeled with a hardwood bar and offers cocktail and light snacks from 7am to 11pm.

The Penthouse is a very spacious unit with full gourmet kitchen, dining area, large living room with ocean views, one full bathroom with shower and one half bathroom, hair dryer, and mini split zone air conditioning, Amenities include entertainment center with large flat panel TV, stereo system with iPod docking, high speed internet connection, ceiling fans throughout the Penthouse, and an electronic in-room safe. There is a huge private deck with Jacuzzi which is a perfect place to enjoy the ocean view. The first bedroom which has a double bed also has an ocean view the second bedroom has a king bed. confirmed dates for the biggest 4 nights of parades for
Carnival 2010 are from Saturday, February 13th, to Tuesday,
February 16th, 2010.
The main Carnival events will start on January 23rd, with the
reception of the newly elected 2010 King and Queen.
The week of main Carnival events concludes every year on 'Fat
Tuesday' with dazzling technicolor processions along Cozumel's
downtown seafront. Costumed revelers battle in dancing
competitions and bands play live music around the city.
People line the street, dancing with the performers and catching
gifts that are showered on them.
After the seafront extravaganza, the music keeps playing and
parties continue well into the night.
A variety of other exciting Carnival dance and music frenzies will
also take place during the first 2 weeks of February.
